10 Day Cleanse Day 9

Brittany

Day 9:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Clean Baked 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed Nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad with chicken, hard boiled egg and avocado
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Peach
  • Exercise: 1 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Meatloaf, Sweet Potato fries, grilled squash 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement shake, see recipe below
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 95 oz

  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2):Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3):(2) rice cakes with tomatoes, chicken and avocado 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Meatloaf, Sweet Potato fries, grilled squash
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Meal Replacement Shake Popsicles
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Total Daily Water intake - 100 oz


Recipe:

Meal Replacement Shake Popsicles

1 - 16 oz coconut or almond milk
1- package meal replacement shake  ( I used the Chocolate Peanut Butter) 
1tsp- Vanilla
2tblsp- honey
3tblspn- baking cocoa (can omit if using something other than chocolate)

Directions: Mix all ingredients into a bowl until smooth. Pour into popsicle mold. Place in freezer overnight.  


This is a PERFECT sweet tooth satisfier and the kids loved them too!
