10 Day Cleanse Day 8

Day 8:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chicken Stir Fry
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw
  • Exercise:1 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5):Grilled Chicken, Squash, Potato
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):Watermelon
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 85 oz

  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Chicken, Squash, Potato
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
