10 Day Cleanse Day 7

Brittany

Day 7:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advocare Peach bar
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chicken Caprese, minus mozzarella 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Peach
  • Pre-workout:  Catalyst 30 min prior, Advocare VO2 bar
  • Exercise: 3.1 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5):Grilled Chicken Salad
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):Cantaloupe
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 100 oz

  • Dinner (Meal 5):Grilled salmon, broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):Watermelon
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Total Daily Water intake - 99 oz
