10 Day Cleanse Day 6

Brittany

Day 6:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Watermelon Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Clean Baked Oatmeal
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advocare Peach Bar
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Mint Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with natural peanut butter
  • Exercise: 2.5 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chicken Stir fry
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade popcorn
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 100 oz

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber drink, (3) eggs with pepper, onions, tomatoes and potato.
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): AdvoBar Raw
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chicken Stir fry
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade popcorn
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
