10 Day Cleanse Day 5

Brittany

Day 5:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Clean Baked Oatmeal
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Peach and Almonds
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement Shake
  • Pre-workout: 3 catalyst 30 minutes prior
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): DB9 Advobar
  • Dinner (Meal 5):Salmon, homemade french fries, broccoli and cauliflower 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Mixed nuts
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 95 oz

  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3):Turkey sub, no cheese (Lunch was provided by my work)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salmon, homemade french fries, broccoli and cauliflower 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Peach
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Total Daily Water intake - 124 oz
