10 Day Cleanse Day 4

Day 4:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Watermelon, Almonds
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Caribbean Chicken Kebabs
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Grapes, Almonds
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salad with Tuna
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Cantaloupe
  • Exercise: 1 mile run
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 90 oz

  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Caribbean Chicken Kebabs
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Clean Baked Oatmeal
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
