10 Day Cleanse Day 2

Brittany

Day 2:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, 2 scrambled eggs with fresh tomatoes
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts, All natural Applesauce
  • Lunch (Meal 3):Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Exercise: 1 mile run
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw Bar
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chicken Stir Fry 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Double Chocolate Advobar
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets


Total Daily Water intake -  90 oz

Day 2:

  • Lunch (Meal 3): Tuna on Whole Grain Rice Cakes and  Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  DB9 Advobar
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement Shake
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Peanuts
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Total Daily Water intake -  125 oz
