10 Day Cleanse Day 10 and Day 11 Weigh- In!

Day 10:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Clean Baked Oatmeal
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2):Watermelon, DB9 Advobar
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken Salad
  • Exercise:1 mile run
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):Watermelon
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Mixed nuts
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 90 oz

  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2):Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3):Meatloaf, Sweet Potato fried and squash
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): One pot cabbage casserole
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):Watermelon
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Total Daily Water intake - 92 oz

 Day 11: Weigh-In

We are actually remembering to update our progress from the 10 Day Challenge this time! We didn't end up taking before and after pictures but we did take before and after measurements! We were both happy with our results and love the way we feel after doing the cleanse!  Feeling lighter with more energy is always a plus!! Here are both of our results:
