10 Day Cleanse Day 1

Hello! It has been 3 months and we are ready to start our 10 Day Cleanse again! I apologize, we kind of fell off the blogging world for the last half of the 24 Day Challenge we did the last time... I don't even think I ever updated my progress.  Anyway, I promise to update better this time around!

Brittany

Day 1:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Advocare Peach Bar and a Peach
  • Exercise: 3 mile jog stroller run, Mango Pineapple OTG 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Taco lettuce wrap
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):Cantaloupe
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Chicken Salad, with olive oil and vinegar dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Mixed Nuts and Orange
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake -  110 oz
