Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 5

Brittany

Day 5:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to breakfast) - Fruit Punch SparkProBiotic Restore and Catalyst.
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Chocolate Mint Brownie Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Watermelon
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad topped with Salmon
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Advobar Raw
  • Exercise: Can You 24 exercise
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Apple Sweet Potato Chicken Bake, see recipe below
  • Exercise: 15 minute boot camp
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple Rhubarb Crisp
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 118   oz

Recipe:


Apple Sweet Potato Chicken Bake



2-3 Boneless chicken breasts
3 Medium sweet potatoes- peeled and cut into 1in cubes

2 apples, cored and cut
1 cup of green beans

½ cup of onions
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 cup of chicken broth
2 Tbsp cinnamon 


Directions
Preheat oven to 425. In a baking dish or roasting pan combine chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans, apples, onions, garlic. Pour chicken broth over the chicken and veggies. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40-45 minutes.
