Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 4

Brittany

Day 4:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to breakfast) - Fruit Punch SparkProBiotic Restore and Catalyst.
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, 2 Turkey Bacon Egg cups
  • Exercise: Can You 24 exercise, 3.1 mile run. Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad topped with grilled chicken
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Apple with natural peanut butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chipotle Black Bean Burger without a bun and a side salad 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple Rhubarb Crisp, see recipe below
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake -  101 oz

Recipe:



Clean Apple Rhubarb Crisp


  • 5 apples, cored
  • 5 stalks rhubarb
  • 2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
Clean and core apples, dice rhubarb, place in pie dish. Top with apple sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Then top with oatmeal. Place in Oven at 350 degrees for 45 min.

This is the perfect recipe to curb any sweet tooth, could be served with Unsweetened Almond milk.
