Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 3

Brittany

Day 3:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to breakfast) - Fruit Punch SparkProBiotic Restore and Catalyst.
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Apple Rhubarb Oatmeal, see recipe below
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and peanut butter
  • Exercise: 3.2 mile run, Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Hummus and Carrots
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Grilled Chicken Salad with Balsamic dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Honey-Lime Fruit salad

  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse tablets

Total Daily Water intake -  101 oz

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Potatoes (With onions and peppers) and (2) eggs
  • 60 Minutes Before Workout: O2 Gold
  • 30 Minutes Before Workout: Catalyst and Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Workout:
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts with craisins and raisins 
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Stuffed Pepper
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Apple and natural peanut butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Grilled Chicken Salad with carrots and tomatoes. Honey-Lime Fruit salad.
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Watermelon
Total Daily Water intake -  71 oz











                             

Recipe:



Apple Rhubarb Oatmeal
1 cup Rolled Oats
3 Apples, cored
2 stalks Rhubarb, diced
1/2 cup chia seeds
½ tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla

Fill pot with water. Use 1 cup of water for one serving of oats.  Bring water to a boil. Cut apples and rhubarb and place in boiling water. Cook until soft then add oatmeal.  Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.  Add vanilla and cinnamon, stir.
