Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 2

Brittany

Day 2:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to breakfast) - Fruit Punch SparkProBiotic Restore and Catalyst.
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, 2 Turkey Bacon Egg cups
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Banana and peanut butter
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad topped with grilled Salmon and Balsamic Vinegar
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Carrots, Celery and Homemade hummus, see recipe below.
  • Exercise:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_iRrXqfp5Q and Cardio workout, see below.
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade apple sauce
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets



Total Daily Water intake -  118 oz

Recipe:

Cucumber Hummus with Dill



2 cups Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)
1/4 tsp Dill weed
A few sprigs of fresh chives
1/2 Cucumber (skinned and chopped)
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 Garlic Clove

Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth
2. Drizzle small amount of Olive Oil on top
