Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 10

Day 10:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to breakfast) - Fruit Punch SparkProBiotic Restore and Catalyst.
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink,Chocolate Mint Brownie Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and Natural Peanut Butter
  • Exercise: 30 minute yoga
  • Lunch (Meal 3):Tuscan Chicken Skillet
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Watermelon
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Rotisserie Chicken, Carrots, Cucumbers, Peppers
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Pineapple, Blueberries, Strawberries 
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 101 oz

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink and (2) over-easy eggs with potatoes and frozen onion and peppers.
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): (2) plain rice cakes with lettuce, hummus and tuna
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Rotisserie chicken, raw carrots and green peppers.
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): 
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets
