Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 1

Today we started the 24 Day Challenge, we are ready to get rid of those pesky pounds gained over winter and looking forward to toning up!

Brittany

Day 1:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach, 30 min prior to breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic Restore and Catalyst
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, 2 Turkey Bacon Egg Cups



  • Exercise: 3.1 mile jog stroller run, Key Lime Cherry Rehydrate
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Chocolate Muscle Gain
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Stuffed Green Pepper, see recipe below

  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with natural Peanut Butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Mixed Nuts and Orange
  • Before bed: Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Total Daily Water intake -  101 oz

Day 1:
Total Daily Water intake -  92 oz


Recipe:

Stuffed Green Peppers:
4 Bell Peppers
1 lb 99% Fat Free Turkey Burger
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1/2 cup tomato sauce (No Sugar added)
1/2 diced organic tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup spinach
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tsp garlic
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of basil

Clean and cut tops off of Bell Peppers. Mix all other ingredients together, except for tomato sauce. Place meat mixture into the Bell Peppers. Top peppers with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour and 30 min or until peppers are soft.
