All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 9 Cleanse Phase


Day 9:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink and ProBiotic Restore
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Pistachios
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad with tomatoes, cucumber and grilled chicken topped with homemade Italian dressing
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Trail mix
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Tuscan Chicken Skillet, Omegaplex (2 tablets)
  • Exercise: Ran 3.2 miles
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple and natural peanut butter

Total Daily Water intake -  98 oz


Day 9:

Total Daily Water intake -  91 oz


Balsamic Green Beans recipe adapted by Nikki's House AdvoRecipes

Fresh or Frozen Green Beans
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar per 1 cup of green beans
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Handful of craisins
Sesame Seeds
Coconut or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Slowly heat oil, saute green beans and garlic for about 6 minutes, drizzle Balsamic vinegar, sea salt, pepper, sesame seeds and craisins over green beans. Saute for another 2-3 minutes.

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 sweet potatoes, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together sweet potato strips, olive oil, salt and cinnamon in ziplock bag. Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet and back for 30-40 minutes or until desired texture.
