All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 8 Cleanse Phase


Day 8:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mandarin Orange, Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink and ProBiotic Restore
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): AdvoBar AM Apple Cinnamon Bar
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and natural peanut butter
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Turkey meatloaf, green beans and sweet potatoes
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Trail mix
  • Exercise: P90X workout DVD (30 minutes)
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Turkey Chili, Omegaplex (2 tablets)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Total Daily Water intake -  80 oz


Day 8:

Total Daily Water intake -  84 oz

Chicken Stir-fry

Turkey Chili

Banana with natural peanut butter


Turkey Burger Chili
1 lb ground turkey burger
1 bag of Bob's Red Mill 13 Bean Soup Mix, follow directions to prepare beans
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1 (29 oz) can crushed tomato (No Sugar Added)
1 (16oz) jar salsa (No Sugar Added)
¼ cup (approx) Chili Powder (more or less to taste)
2 tsp (approx) cumin (to taste)
Brown meat in a large stock pot along with garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Add beans, tomatoes, salsa, and spices to taste. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
