All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 7 Cleanse Phase

Brittany

Day 7:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach):Mandarin Orange, ProBiotic Restore
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): (2) multi-grain rice cakes with peanut butter and banana
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Catalyst (3) 30 minutes prior to exercise
  • Exercise- 4 mile run
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Rotisserie chicken, sweet potato and cauliflower
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Salad with rotisserie chicken, tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds and homemade Italian dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Craisins
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets

Total Daily Water intake - 90 oz

Day 7:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark and ProBiotic Restore 
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): (3) eggs, medium sized potato, chopped onions and peppers
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Orange
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Rotisserie chicken, sweet potato and cauliflower 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Fruit punch Spark and DB9 Bar
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salad with rotisserie chicken, tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds and homemade Italian dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Almonds
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets

Total Daily Water intake -  48 oz
