All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 6 Cleanse Phase

Day 6:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch SparkProBiotic RestoreCatalyst (3 tablets)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Microwave Eggs with Broccoli and Salsa, see recipe below
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and Natural Peanut Butter
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Leftover Chicken Stir Fry
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Grapefruit
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Turkey Meatloaf, Balsamic Green Beans and Sweet Potato French Fries, see recipes below 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Fruit Salad
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets
Thoughts: Had a nice relaxing day at home with the kids, a snow day is always a nice surprise! A nice relaxing day also usually means I have time to actually make a meal from scratch! So I do have some pretty tasty recipes for you tonight!

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake, banana
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2):Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Rotisserie chicken and broccoli 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Peanuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey Meatloaf, Balsamic Green Beans and Sweet Potato French Fries, see recipes below 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple with natural peanut butter
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets

Total Daily Water intake -  94 oz


Rotisserie chicken and broccoli 


Turkey Meatloaf, Balsamic Green Beans and Sweet Potato French Fries


Recipes

Microwave Eggs- 
Two eggs
Cooked Vegetables
Canadian Bacon

Put two eggs in a microwave safe bowl, mix with cooked vegetables, (I used broccoli) and Canadian bacon. Microwave for one minute, stir and microwave for another minute. This is a great recipe if your in a rush but still want a nutritious breakfast!



Balsamic Green Beans recipe adapted by Nikki's House AvdoRecipes

Fresh or Frozen Green Beans
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar per 1 cup of green beans
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Handful of craisins
Sesame Seeds
Coconut or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic

Slowly heat oil, saute green beans and garlic for about 6 minutes, drizzle Balsamic vinegar, sea salt, pepper, sesame seeds and craisins over green beans. Saute for another 2-3 minutes.

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 sweet potatoes, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together sweet potato strips, olive oil, salt and cinnamon in ziplock bag. Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet and back for 30-40 minutes or until desired texture.
