All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 23 Max Phase


Day 23:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):Banana Blueberry Baked Oatmeal, see recipe below
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Homemade red beets and a hard boiled egg
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Meal Replacement ShakeMNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
  • Pre-exercise: (3) Catalyst tablets
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Post workout: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Clean Blackened Fish Tacos
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Total Daily Water intake -  90 oz


Day 23:

  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Banana Blueberry Baked Oatmeal. 2nd pack of MNS 3
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Sausage, potato and pepper pack 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Mixed nuts with dried fruit, and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Clean Blackened Fish Tacos
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Sliced apple with Natural Peanut Butter
Total Daily Water intake -  80 oz


Banana Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
2 cups Almond milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, divided

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, baking powder and cinnamon. In second mixing bowl, combine honey, almond milk, eggs, apple sauce and vanilla. Spray Olive Oil cooking spray on 8 x 8 baking dish. Arrange bananas and half of blueberries on the bottom. Cover with dry oat mixture. Pour liquid mixture on top of dry mixture, making sure its completely covered. Sprinkle remaining blueberries on top. Bake for 35 minutes or until set. Let cool before cutting. Serve hot or cold, topped with a little more almond milk! 

Blackened Fish Tacos

1.5 lbs tilapia fillets
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cucmin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil/ coconut oil
Multigrain wrap
Avocado- Cilantro Sauce
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 ripe avocado, pitted and skinned
1/4 cup cilanto
1 jalapeno, chopped and seeded
Juice of 1 lime

1. In small bowl combine paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, onion powder, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of tilapia fillets and then rub the seasonings in
2. Combine all of the Avocado- Cilantro sauce in food processor and mix till mixed well.
3. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add tilapia and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until outside is blackened and the fish flakes apart.
4. Remove fish from heat, put fish in wrap with Avocado- Cilantro Sauce with lettuce and tomato
