All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 21 Max Phase

Brittany

Day 21:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Hardboiled egg and guacamole on a whole grain rice cake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Orange and mixed nuts
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake , MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with Peanut Butter
  • Exercise: P90x
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey burger in a lettuce wrap with homemade French fries
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Total Daily Water intake -  95 oz

Day 21:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach - 30 minutes before breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark and MNS 3 (Pack #1)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Scrambled eggs with chopped onions and a banana. 2nd pack of MNS 3
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Sausage and vegetable foil pack. 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Hard boiled egg and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Exercise: P90X (The Warrior) 
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey burger in a lettuce wrap with homemade French fries
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Banana and natural peanut butter
Total Daily Water intake -  90 oz


Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with chopped onions



Breakfast: Hardboiled egg and guacamole on a whole grain rice cake


Dinner: Turkey burger in a lettuce wrap with homemade French fries
