All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 20 Max Phase


Day 20:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 2 eggs with salsa
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and Natural Peanut Butter
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chicken with vegetables and couscous , MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Cliff bar
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Exercise: ran 3.5 miles
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapes

Total Daily Water intake -  95 oz


Day 20:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach - 30 minutes before breakfast): Citrus Spark and MNS 3 (Pack #1)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake with a banana. 2nd pack of MNS 3
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts with raisins
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Whole Wheat noodles topped with homemade spaghetti sauce and Cannellini beans. 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Sausage, potato, green peppers and onion foil packs, see recipe below
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple with natural peanut butter
Total Daily Water intake -  76 oz

Easy Sausage and Vegetable Foil Packs
  • Yellow/Green/Red Pepper
  • Onion
  • Potato
  • Organic Chicken Sausage
  • Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350. Seal peppers, potatoes, onion and sausage in aluminum foil pouch spray with olive oil (to keep from sticking), top with fresh pepper or herbs and grill till potatoes are soft. Place in oven for 1 hour.
