All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 2 Cleanse Phase

Brittany

Day 2:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mandarin Orange SparkCatalyst (3 tablets)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Fiber Drink, multi-grain rice cake with hard boiled egg and grape tomatoes.
  • Pre-workout (30 minutes before workout): Catalyst
  • Workout: 2.1 miles
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Rehydrate and AdvoRaw Bar
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Handful of homemade trail mix, watermelon
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salmon, baked potato and Italian stewed tomatoes and Omegaplex (2 tablets)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):  Grapefruit
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets
Thoughts: Things are going well even with having a cold. I was able to sleep in a little bit since I am working 2nd shift tonight which is why I think I am feeling better today then yesterday. No real cravings but tomorrow will be difficult since it will be my birthday but hey, who needs cake on their birthday anyway?

Day 2:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mandarin Orange Spark
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, (1) banana and Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Salmon, baked potato, broccoli, carrots and stewed tomatoes.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Fruit punch Spark, Peanuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Salad with tuna and hard boiled egg and homemade Italian dressing. Omegaplex (2 tablets)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple with natural peanut butter
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets
Thoughts: Day 2 went pretty well! Cravings are starting to kick in already, but nothing I can't say no too! Ready for day 3!
