All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 19 Max Phase

Brittany

Day 19:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Orange
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chicken with vegetables and couscous , MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Rotisserie Chicken, veggie sticks
  • Exercise: p90x
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Total Daily Water intake -  85 oz

Day 19:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach - 30 minutes before breakfast): Mandarin Orange Spark and MNS 3 (Pack #1)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Scrambled eggs with potatoes. 2nd pack of MNS 3
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts with raisins
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled chicken, Couscous and cauliflower. 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  DB9 Bar and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Rotisserie chicken wrap with guacamole and multi-grain wrap.
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Mixed nuts with raisins
Total Daily Water intake -  80 oz
