All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 17 Max Phase

Brittany

Day 17:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and Natural peanut butter
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Spaghetti Squash Pizza, MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): DB9 Advobar
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salad topped with Salmon and homemade Italian dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade Popcorn

Total Daily Water intake -  95 oz

Day 17:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach - 30 minutes before breakfast): Citrus Spark and MNS 3 (Pack #1)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Eggs (3 medium) with homemade french fries, chopped onions and peppers. 2nd pack of MNS 3
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts with raisins
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): 2 slices of cheese pizza (Had a meeting at work, so this was my only choice). 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Mixed nuts and raisins and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Grilled salmon, baked potato and salad with homemade Italian dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Pistachios 
Total Daily Water intake -  92 oz
