All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 16 Max Phase


Day 16:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Rice Cake with Peanut Butter and a Banana
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hardboiled egg
  • Exercise: P90X
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake, MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Homemade Trail Mix
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salad topped with Tuna and homemade Italian dressing
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Total Daily Water intake -  100 oz


Day 16:
Total Daily Water intake -  92 oz
