All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 15 Max Phase

Brittany

Day 15:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Citrus Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 2 scrambled eggs 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • 30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Leftover Turkey Chili, MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
  • 30 minutes prior (3) Catalyst
  • Exercise: 5 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): None

Total Daily Water intake -  90 oz

Day 15:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach - 30 minutes before breakfast): Fruit Punch Spark and MNS 3 (Pack #1)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and banana. 2nd pack of MNS 3
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled chicken wrap. 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Almonds and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Grilled Chicken with Couscous and cauliflower 
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple with natural peanut butter

Total Daily Water intake -  79 oz
