All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 12 Max Phase

Day 12:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Citrus Spark, MNS Color Pack (30 minutes before breakfast)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Eggs & Potatoes
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Clif Bar
  • Exercise: P90X
  • 30 minutes before lunch MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3):  Meatloaf, Broccoli, Sweet potato fries, MNS White packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumbers, 3 Tortellini kabobs
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Total Daily Water intake -  96 oz
