All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 11 Max Phase

Day 11:

Total Daily Water intake -  96 oz

Thoughts- Today was the first day of the Max Phase.  We did weigh in this morning but decided to wait till the end for overall measurements.  I lost 2 lbs over the first 10 days and Kyle lost 1 lb, however we both feel wonderful and our clothing is already feeling loose.

Day 11:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach - 30 minutes before breakfast): Mandarin Orange Spark and MNS 3 (Pack #1)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and banana. 2nd pack of MNS 3. 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts with raisins
  • 3rd pack of MNS 3 - 30 minutes before lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3):  Multi-grain rice cake with lettuce and 1 can of tuna. Fresh cut fries. 4th pack of MNS 3.
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Orange and Fruit Punch Spark 
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad  
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Banana and mixed nuts with dried fruit

Total Daily Water intake -  80 oz
