All-In 24 Day Challenge: Day 10 Cleanse Phase

Day 10:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink and ProBiotic Restore
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Missed snack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Tuscan Chicken Skillet
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar 
  • Dinner (Meal 5):  Taco Salad (Salad topped with Turkey Chili, Guacamole), Omegaplex (2 tablets)
  • Exercise: P90X and Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain with a banana

Total Daily Water intake -  112 oz
