Advocare Cleanse: Day 9

Brittany

Day 9:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Fiber Drink, Fruit and homemade yogurt
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): skipped
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Greek Chicken Salad
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple and Natural Peanut Butter
  • Pre-exercise: Catalyst (3)
  • Exercise: 2 miles
  • Post-exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Caprese Chicken Quinoa Casserole and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):  Pineapple
