Advocare Cleanse: Day 8

Brittany

Day 8:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Catalyst (3) and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Grapes and Peanuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Turkey Stuffed Pepper
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar
  • Dinner (Meal 5): California Roll Sushi and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):  Skipped
Water intake-  90 oz

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, (3) eggs and banana
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Fruit Punch SparkStuffed green peppers (Consisting of turkey burger, oatmeal, carrots, tomatoes and tomato sauce)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey burger (stuffed with oatmeal, spinach, eggs and garlic) and tomato wrapped in lettuce, Sweet Potato fries
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade Applesauce
Water intake-  88 oz
