Advocare Cleanse: Day 7

Brittany

Day 7:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): skipped
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Turkey Stuffed Pepper
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Rice Cake and grapes
  • Pre-exercise: Catalyst (3)
  • Exercise: 3.1 miles
  • Post-exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salad topped with salmon and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):  Homemade popcorn
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake-  100 oz

  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Fruit Punch SparkChicken Vegetable Stir-fry (Consisting of grilled chicken, frozen peppers, frozen onions, frozen carrots, frozen cauliflower and fresh broccoli)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Stuffed green peppers (Consisting of turkey burger, oatmeal, carrots, tomatoes and tomato sauce)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade popcorn
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake-  98 oz
