Advocare Cleanse: Day 6

Brittany

Day 6:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Dried Fruit
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salmon and Sweet potato
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chicken Vegetable Stir-fry (Consisting of grilled chicken, frozen peppers, frozen onions, frozen carrots, frozen cauliflower and fresh broccoli) and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Banana 
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake-  90 oz

Day 6:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Muscle Gain oatmeal. Coreplex with iron.
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): AdvoBar Raw
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Fruit Punch Spark, Turkey burger meatloaf, sweet potato fries and broccoli. 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chicken vegetable stir fry (Consisting of grilled chicken, frozen peppers, frozen onions, frozen carrots, frozen cauliflower and fresh broccoli)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Banana and natural peanut butter
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake-  105 oz
