Advocare Cleanse: Day 5

Brittany

Day 5:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Muscle Gain Oatmeal
  • Pre-Exercise: O2Gold, Catalyst
  • Exercise: 7.7 mile run
  • Post-Exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate, Post Workout Recovery
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Grapes
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): All natural fruit leather
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Salmon salad and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple and all natural peanut butter
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets and Nighttime Recovery with water
Water intake-  110 oz
