Advocare Cleanse: Day 4

Brittany

Day 4:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 3 eggs and salsa
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Grapes
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Natures Recipe Apple Sausage and Brown Rice 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar, Fruit Punch Spark
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake, Omegaplex (2)
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake -  90 oz

Day 4:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): (2) eggs and a banana. Coreplex with iron.
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Fruit Punch Spark, salad, rotisserie chicken and Walden Farms chipotle ranch dressing
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Hard boiled egg
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey burger meatloaf, baked potato and salad
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade Applesauce
  • Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake-  80 oz
