Advocare Cleanse: Day 3

Brittany


Day 3:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled Egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken Salad, with olive oil and vinegar
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): 3 rice cakes
  • Dinner (Meal 5):Meatloaf, broccoli, homemade sweet potato fries and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple and peanut butter
  • Pre-Exercise: Catalyst (3) 
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Post-Exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Bedtime: Herbel Cleanse tablets with water

Water intake-  100 oz

Day 3:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink (Peaches and Cream) - stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): (3) eggs, 1 potato, onions and mild salsa. Coreplex with iron.
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Fruit Punch Spark, salad, rotisserie chicken and Walden Farms chipotle ranch dressing
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Hard boiled egg
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey burger meatloaf, broccoli and homemade sweet potato fries with a hint of olive oil
  • Exercise: Lifting
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade Applesauce
  • Bedtime: Herbel Cleanse tablets with water
Water intake-  112 oz

(3) Eggs, (1) Potato, Onions and Mild Salsa


Salad With Rotisserie Chicken and Chipotle Ranch Dressing 
Turkey Burger Meatloaf, Broccoli and Sweet Potato Fries
