Advocare Cleanse: Day 2


Brittany


Day 2:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Homemade Vegetable Barley Soup
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple and natural peanut butter
  • Pre-Exercise: Catalyst (3) 
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Post-Exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5):Turkey burger tomato, lettuce, rice and mild salsa and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Applesauce
  • Bedtime: Herbel Cleanse tablets with water

Water intake-  110 oz

  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink (Peaches and Cream) - stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Fruit Punch Spark, rice cakes, tuna, egg and lettuce
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Exercise- 4 mile bike ride
  • Post-Exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey burger tomato, lettuce, rice and mild salsa
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple with natural peanut butter
  • Bedtime: Herbel Cleanse tablets with water
