Advocare Cleanse: Day 10 (LAST DAY)

Brittany

Day 10:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) and Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):  Fiber Drink, Oatmeal
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple
  • Lunch (Meal 3): 2 Rice cakes & Peanut Butter
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):
  • Pre-exercise: Catalyst (3)
  • Exercise: 3 miles
  • Post-exercise: Red Raspberry Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Salmon Salad and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):  Homemade Popcorn

Water intake - 100 oz
