Advocare Cleanse: Day 1

Well since getting back from our vacation this past weekend we decided to get back on track to our healthier eating! What better way then doing a 10 day cleanse!  So for the next 10 days Kyle & I will be logging our Cleanse journey  :)

Day 1 Cleanse Phase:

Brittany


Day 1:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chicken Sausage, Cabbage, and potatoes
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): AdvoBar Raw
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Homemade Vegetable Barley Soup and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple and Natural Peanut Butter
  • Bedtime: Herbel Cleanse tablets with water

Water intake-  95 oz

Rotisserie chicken and potato slices
