Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 19 & 20 Max Phase


Day 19:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, 1st MNS Color Pack, Catalyst (3)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar
  • 15 min before Lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad topped with tuna, MNS White Packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple and peanut butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Quinoa Chicken Stir Fry, Omegaplex (2)
  • Exercise: 3.1 mile run
  • Post Workout: Rehydrate
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade popcorn
Water intake- 135 oz
Day 20:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch, 1st MNS Color Pack
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Scrambled eggs
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Banana 
  • Exercise: 1 mile run
  • 15 min before Lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Berry Meal Replacement Shake,  MNS White Packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Hardboiled egg,  strawberries and blueberries
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Leftover Quinoa Chicken Stir Fry, Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Apple and peanut butter
Water intake- 115 oz
Helpful hint:
Chicken Quinoa Vegetable Stir-fry 
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces 
- 1 large bag of frozen stir fry veggies 
- 1 tsp garlic 
- 2 eggs 
- 2 cups Quinoa
- 3 tbsp organic liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute) 

Start cooking the Quinoa according to the directions, boil water for frozen stir fry veggies (follow directions on bag), sauté chicken. Take eggs and fry in pan with chicken. Once Quinoa is finished cooking add to pan with chicken, add in cooked stir fry veggies. Pour organic liquid aminos or the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
