Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 15 Max Phase

Day 15:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, 1st MNS Color Pack, Catalyst (3)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Fresh Yogurt and strawberries
  • 15 min before Lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken Salad, MNS White Packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Grapefruit and peanuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Spaghetti Squash with homemade tomato sauce and Chicken Sausage with feta and spinach, Omegaplex (2) 
  • Pre-exercise: 3 catalyst, Rehydrate
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Watermelon
Water intake- 135 oz
Feeling: Weigh in tomorrow morning, feeling good, clothing more loose but excited to see where I am at! Also, trying out a new Clean recipe with strawberries and rhubarb tomorrow, so check back!
