Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 14 Max Phase





Day 14:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, 1st MNS Color Pack, Catalyst (3)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fresh Yogurt and strawberries
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw
  • 15 min before Lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken Salad, MNS White Packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Blueberries, Grapes, Strawberries
  • Exercise: 2 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): 2 hardboiled eggs, tomatoes, Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Clean banana bread
Water intake- 110 oz

Feeling: What a crazy weekend! It was somewhat difficult being able to eat every 2-3 hours when you are running all over the place but the Advobars make for a really convenient snack!
