- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs (or 6 egg whites)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
- Dash vanilla
- Dash Cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Advocare Muscle gain (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- Optional cup of oatmeal uncooked
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then cook. I used coconut oil to coat the griddle.
