Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 9 Cleanse Phase



Day 9:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Catalyst (3), Probiotic Restore (2)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink, 2 scrambled eggs with potato slices
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): 2 rice cakes and hummus
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Whole Wheat Noodles with homemade Spaghetti Sauce and Chicken
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with all natural Peanut Butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled chicken salad, with Annie’s Cowgirl Ranch dressing Omegaplex (2)
  • Exercise: 1 mile run, weight training
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Advocare Muscle Gain
Water intake- 145 oz

Feeling: Tomorrow is day 10, it went crazy fast and I am feeling great!!
