Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 12 Max Phase



Day 12:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Grape Spark, 1st MNS Color Pack, Catalyst (3)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Clean Baked Oatmeal
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw
  • 15 min before Lunch: MNS Color Pack
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken Salad with blueberries, strawberries, blackberries topped with Poppy Vinaigrette, MNS White Packs (both)
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Cherry tomatoes and carrots
  • Dinner (Meal 5):Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake, Omegaplex (2)
  • Exercise: 1 mile run
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Watermelon
Water intake- 125 oz

Feeling: Feeling great! Have a lot of energy and I feel like the extra pills during this phase have really curbed my cravings!
