Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 10 Cleanse Phase



 Day 10: Last Day of Cleanse Phase
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Grape Spark, Probiotic Restore (2)
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Fiber Drink
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): didn’t have time
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken Salad
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes
  • Pre workout: Catalyst (3), Rehydrate
  • Exercise: 5 mile run
  • Post workout: Post Workout Recovery
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Hamburger, sweet potato, asparagus, Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Watermelon
Water intake- 165 oz

Feeling: Today was the last day of the Cleanse Phase. Weigh-in tomorrow to see how well I did for the first phase! Also, excited to move onto the Max Phase, since this will be my first time trying it with modifications for breastfeeding!
