Spark Cake Recipe

It's been a little while since we posted a recipe on the blog. So here is another one to try! This one uses both Spark and Muscle Gain! Enjoy!



INGREDIENTS:

1 box of angel food cake
3 servings of Spark
Powdered sugar
Vanilla Muscle Gain


DIRECTIONS:
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Add Spark and mix.
Then simply bake as directed on the box!
FOR GLAZE:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to taste..
Make a little thin so that it will drizzle down the cake!

Protein Clusters Recipe

Here is another recipe for you to try out! Great chocolate snack with lots of protein! Enjoy!


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of oats
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of natural peanut butter
1 cup of honey
4 scoops of chocolate Muscle Gain
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips


DIRECTIONS:

Blend oats and almonds to make a powder.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Scoop and roll dough on to a cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
ENJOY!
