10 Day Cleanse: Day 8

Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 8

Day 8:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3):  Easy Sausage and Vegetable Foil Packs
  • Pre-work out: catalyst
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw and orange
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey Burger Chili, see recipe below and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain
Water intake-  120 oz

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2):Cashews
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Meatloaf, sweet potato and peas
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple, Fruit Punch Spark
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey Burger Chili
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Popcorn
Water intake - 112 oz


Turkey Burger Chili
1 lb ground turkey burger
1 bag of Bob's Red Mill 13 Bean Soup Mix, follow directions to prepare beans
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1 (29 oz) can crushed tomato (No Sugar Added)
1 (16oz) jar salsa (No Sugar Added)
¼ cup (approx) Chili Powder (more or less to taste)
2 tsp (approx) cumin (to taste)
Brown meat in a large stock pot along with garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Add beans, tomatoes, salsa, and spices to taste. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
