So today was my birthday, and I am warning a head of time I did cheat a little today. We went to the farm show and the movies so I ended up splurging! Happy birthday to me!
- Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
- Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
- Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
- Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Combined with lunch
- Lunch (Meal 3): Vanilla Milkshake from the farm show
- Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw
- Dinner (Meal 5: Grilled Cheese with carrots and tomatoes and Omegaplex (2)
- Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit
Water intake- 100 oz

- Dinner (Meal 5): Salad with grape tomatoes and Greek dressing.
- Evening Snack (Meal 6): Roasted peanuts
- Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets
