10 Day Cleanse: Day 7

Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 7

So today was my birthday, and I am warning a head of time I did cheat a little today. We went to the farm show and the movies so I ended up splurging! Happy birthday to me! 
Day 7:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Combined with lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Vanilla Milkshake from the farm show
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Advobar Raw
  • Dinner (Meal 5: Grilled Cheese with carrots and tomatoes and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Grapefruit

Water intake-  100 oz

Day 7:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Scrambled eggs (4 eggs)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): combined with lunch
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chocolate Milkshake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): AdvoBar Raw, Fruit Punch Spark
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Salad with grape tomatoes and Greek dressing.
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Roasted peanuts
  • Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets
Water intake -  70oz
